David Bilfeld

David Bilfeld is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in real estate investment and management. As the CEO & President of Distinct Management and Investments since May 2002, David has led the company to become a prominent player in the industry. Distinct Management and Investments, headquartered in Los Angeles, focuses on strategic investments and management in the real estate and technology sectors.

In addition to his role at Distinct Management and Investments, David serves as a Strategic Advisor for SleepSpace, a New York-based company specializing in innovative sleep solutions. He has been in this role since October 2019, providing valuable insights and guidance to the organization.

Prior to his current positions, David served as the CEO of Sage Capital Partners LLC from June 2009 to June 2013. During his tenure, Sage Capital Partners specialized in the acquisition, construction, and disposition of distressed single and multi-family residential investment properties. David's leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in the company's success. Before joining Sage Capital Partners, David held senior leadership positions at Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler and Marcus & Millichap, where he gained extensive experience in multi-family investment brokerage and investment real estate brokerage.
